HUGEDOMAINS.COM PAYMENT PLAN AND DOMAIN NAME PURCHASE AGREEMENT
This Purchase Agreement is made betweenHugeDomains.com, (hereinafter “Seller”) and_________(hereinafter “Buyer”) this26thday ofMarch,2026. Buyer and seller will collectively be known herein as “the Parties”. This Agreement constitutes a legally binding and enforceable contract and purchase agreement between the Parties. Buyer desires to purchase the registration rights to one or more Domain Name(s), collectively referred to as “Domain Name” and/or “Domain”, and Seller agrees to sell the respective Domain Name to Buyer. Both Buyer and Seller agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. The details set forth in this document describe all provisions of the purchase agreement between Buyer and Seller for the Domain Name, aka (the “Sale”.)
